Workshops for Polish and Norwegian teachers – 16 April 2015
Polish teachers summarized their own lessons and referred to the following questions.
Norwegian teachers analyzed the lesson taking into account the following questions:
At the feedback session the pace of observed classes was particularly praised ; also clearly specified goals, very good interaction teacher-students, work organization, manners of motivating students. The role of the teacher and students was discussed. It is essential that students may affect, to a certain degree, the course of the lesson, they can cooperate with the teacher and with one another. Teachers skillfully guides students and achieves the assumed goals. Within the analysis working methods in Poland and Norway were compared. It was noticed that there are some similarities both in didactic, educational and psychological issues. The subject: Education for safety raised a great interest. It resulted from the fact that there was no such a subject in the Norwegian school. Topics related to this subject are taught exclusively within special courses in Norway. The exchange of experiences which took place during common workshops was a precious source of inspiration as well as the opportunity for verifying teachers’ working methods. |
